SERIES: BLOODLINES - The Duke of Beauforts Foxhunt / Anderson Stewart Fineart / London / 2000
38 frames: One and a half second in the life of a very scared fox escaping Prince Charles on the Duke of Beaufort Foxhound. I 1999 and 2000 Per Fronth was invited by Lord Suffolk to follow the " Blue and Buff " foxhunt in Gloucestershire to collect raw-material for his new series BLOODLINES. The exhibition opened in Camden, London with police protection and was both very controversial and successful, landing many artworks into important collections like Gard of London and Eiendomsspar of Oslo.
Per Fronth also made an award winning short movie Ode to a Hunter made entirely and only from the frames above. The movie won first prizes and was included in the official programs of Sundance, Toronto and Berlin Film Festivals.
